Pelvic floor issues can include:

  • leaking

  • pelvic pain or heaviness

  • prolapse 

The pelvic floor connects and interacts with so much of the body. Pelvic floor issues can add to or be exacerbated by:

  • back issues/pain

  • sacroiliac (SI) joint issues/pain

  • improper/insufficient core firing

  • an improper breathing pattern

  • diastasis recti (DR) (abdominal separation)

The GOOD NEWS is that pelvic floor issues can improve at any age or any stage.
