Fitness began for me as a 'day job' over 20 years ago. Since then it has transformed into a true passion. As a busy mom, I recognize how hard it can be to take care of ourselves.               

Knowing how important it is to be active in a way that's joyful, set goals and stay accountable, I believe my role is to support clients with programming and motivation.     


Whether you are an athlete needing coaching to take things to the next level or someone who is just getting moving again, I'm here to help and support.


I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer, and I teach across a number of group exercise formats including Barre Intensity, POUND, Cycling, HIIT, Stable and Able and more. I have an extensive dance and yoga background as well.


I am also a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with extensive knowledge of how the pelvic floor interacts with the rest of the body and what to do when it's not working as it should. 


I'm also a mom of three, so I'm fairly adept at multi-tasking, keeping things organized and having a good laugh.
